Serendipity - Naples

Unfortunately, reaching my room was quite a challenge. I found the outside area to feel a bit sketchy after dark as a solo traveler.

Spotlessly clean room with unique amenities like a toothbrush and razor provided. Hot water for showers is plentiful and surprisingly consistent despite a peak morning rush.

The shower experiences fluctuated, with cold water after a bit of initial warmth during busy times, which didn't help in a tight schedule.

Thank you very much for the stay - would like to go back there again. This little hotel has exceptionally nice staff and amazing breakfast. The whole interior is nice and the rooms are spacious. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, slept really good.

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The staff was super helpful and gave awesome tips for dinner and dessert nearby. Plus, being close to the train station made day trips easy. Definitely would stay here again 😄

I enjoyed the clean, modern atmosphere at Serendipity. The host, Alessandra. The location is perfect-just a short walk from the Central Station. I found the absence of breakfast disappointing, as it wasn't clear from the start. Although there's coffee and tea available, having an actual breakfast option would have enhanced the experience. The environment outside can feel a bit sketchy at night, made me uneasy as a solo traveler. It requires a 10-cent coin and only serves the next door building. This meant climbing a few flights of stairs with luggage, a bit exhausting. All things considered, I would still recommend this place for its cleanliness and fantastic service.

If you're a foodie, this place is pure heaven! Just a short stroll brings you to Antico Forno delle Sfogliatelle Calde Fratelli Attanasio for delicious pastries. You can't miss the cozy Pizzeria da Mimi, where the flavors pop like confetti. Plus, my Superior Room's high ceiling and comfy bed screamed relaxation, perfect after a full day exploring Naples!

Not great for weary travelers with heavy bags like me with bad knees. Morning showers? A shaky hot-to-cold situation got real dicey when I was in a rush to catch my flight.

The bed, I tell ya, was somethin' else-so cozy I nearly didn't wanna leave it. Maria was a gem, all warm and friendly-like. They got drinks sittin' around for ya, and that just adds a nice homey touch. Used a dime and still had to climb some stairs.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the unique little touches in the room like the complimentary razors and toothbrushes. The place has a chill vibe with cozy areas to lounge around and unwind after a day of exploring.

They provided free coffee all day, a nice perk after busy days exploring. Try to check traffic times if arriving by car, as it can get pretty congested around the area.

Serendipity is a wonderful retreat in Naples! The location is super convenient, just a couple of minutes from the central train station, easy for our family day trips. The room was spacious and bright with appealing decor, and the kids loved having a comfortable place to unwind after our adventures. Alessandra, our host, was so helpful and gave fantastic tips for family-friendly spots nearby. Plus, it's a delight to find that despite the busy area, the room was peaceful and quiet for restful nights.

The location was superb, just a stroll away from major transport hubs. The room was expansive, with high ceilings that added a luxurious touch. I especially enjoyed the city view from my window, a good way to start each morning.
